AAC Autoclave Curing Cart

The AAC autoclave curing cart is an important transportation unit in an AAC block and panel production line. It is mainly used to carry cut AAC products into the autoclave for high-temperature and high-pressure steam curing and to transport the finished products out after curing.

Working Process

1. The cut AAC cake is loaded onto the autoclave curing cart.
2. The cart is moved along the rail to the autoclave loading area.
3. The loaded carts are pushed into the autoclave.
4. The AAC products undergo high-pressure steam curing.
5. After curing, the carts are pulled out for unloading and packaging.

Equipment Structure

The AAC autoclave curing cart normally consists of a welded steel frame, wheel assemblies, bearings, connecting components and load-supporting structures.

The frame is designed to withstand repeated high-temperature curing cycles and heavy product loads. Wheel alignment and rail compatibility are important for smooth movement and safe operation.
