What production capacities can HUAZHU provide?

We provide AAC plant solutions with annual capacities from approximately 50,000 to 500,000 m³. The recommended configuration depends on the product mix, operating schedule, automation level and expansion plan.

Can the production line be customized for local raw materials?

Yes. We review the available sand or fly ash, lime, cement, gypsum and other materials, then adjust the preparation, batching and process configuration accordingly. Laboratory testing is recommended before finalizing the process parameters.

Do you supply both AAC block and AAC panel production lines?

Yes. HUAZHU supplies equipment for AAC blocks, reinforced AAC panels and combined-production projects. Panel production requires additional reinforcement preparation and handling equipment.

What information is needed for a quotation?

Please provide the project country, required capacity, product size, raw-material condition, available land, desired automation level and whether utilities such as steam are already available.

Do you provide installation and commissioning support?
