The pouring machine is the main equipment for the production of aerated concrete. It is mainly used to stir the slurry, cement, quicklime, gypsum and aluminum powder paste suspension injected into the tank in a certain proportion, to make them evenly mixed, fully react, and promptly inject the mixed slurry into the mold frame. According to the different working forms, they are divided into mobile pouring machines and fixed pouring machines, mainly configured based on the different production capacities of the aerated brick equipment production line.

The main uses of the casting machine:

It is used to stir the production raw materials to ensure uniform mixing, full reaction, and timely injection of the mixed slurry into the mold frame. The aerated concrete pouring machine of the casting machine adopts a propeller type stirring, which forms a strong vortex in the tank, breaking the coating of quicklime particles and achieving thorough and uniform mixing. Meanwhile, the height-adjustable pouring arm adjusts its height during the pouring process to prevent splashing. This machine is divided into fixed type and mobile type for mixing slurry, which is quantitatively poured onto the mold.

The working principle of the casting machine

The pouring machine adopts a propeller type stirring, which forms a strong vortex in the tank, breaking the coating of quicklime particles and achieving thorough and uniform mixing. Meanwhile, the height-adjustable pouring arm adjusts its height during the pouring process to prevent splashing.

Operating Procedures for Pouring Machine

1. Check whether the pouring machine equipment, electrical instruments, airways, valves, etc. are normal. Drain the accumulated water from the compressed air tank.

2. When setting the core, do not close the mold until your hands have left to prevent injury from being squeezed. The castings that have been poured should be stacked neatly and stably.

3. Pouring shall not be carried out if there is a core head, the core board is damaged or the mold is not closed tightly.

No one is allowed to stand in front of the die-casting machine to avoid burns. In case of severe fire leakage, gas should be released immediately and the power supply cut off.

5. Hoisting operations should comply with the safety operation procedures for hookers. The steel wire rope should be inspected for any damage before use.

6. Funnels, rapid thermometers, thermocouple coatings, etc. must be dried before use.

After completion, all valves should be closed, the power supply of the equipment cut off, and the work site cleaned up.
