AAC Mould Side Plate

The AAC mould side plate is an important component of the mould and transfer system in an AAC block and panel production line. It works together with the mould box during casting and pre-curing and supports the green cake during demoulding, cutting, autoclaving and product transfer.

Working Process

1. The side plate is assembled with the mould box.
2. AAC slurry is poured into the mould for aeration and pre-curing.
3. After the green cake reaches sufficient strength, the mould is transported to the demoulding area.
4. The tilting hoist overturns the mould and green cake.
5. The mould box is removed while the side plate supports the green cake.
6. The side plate carries the cake through cutting and autoclaving.
7. After curing, the finished products are unloaded and the side plate returns to production.
