The AAC cutting machine is one of the most important machines in an autoclaved aerated concrete production line. After the green cake completes pre-curing, the cutting system accurately cuts it into the required block or panel dimensions before autoclaving.

AAC Cutting Process

1. The pre-cured green cake is transferred from the mold.
2. The cake is positioned on the cutting line.
3. Horizontal steel wires determine product height and thickness.
4. Vertical and cross cutting determine block length and width.
5. Waste material is removed and recycled.
6. The cut cake is transferred to autoclave carts for steam curing.
