Project Conditions We Evaluate in Kazakhstan
Raw Materials
Sand, fly ash, lime, cement, gypsum and aluminum powder must be evaluated through laboratory testing. The grinding system, mix formula and process control are selected from the test results.
Cold-Climate Design
Workshop enclosure, pipe insulation, pre-curing temperature and condensate management should be planned for local winter conditions and the customer's operating schedule.
Steam and Fuel
Boiler capacity and fuel choice depend on the autoclave arrangement, curing cycle, local energy supply and condensate-recovery plan.
Transport and Site Access
Container planning, oversized equipment, inland transport, unloading space and installation sequence are reviewed before shipment.

Can the line use local Kazakhstan raw materials?
Yes, but the mix formula and raw-material equipment should be confirmed after laboratory testing. Customers can send material data or samples for evaluation.
Can the factory produce AAC panels?
Yes. A panel line requires reinforcement preparation, mesh treatment and specialized handling. HUAZHU can design block-only, panel-only or combined production.
Do you provide a factory layout?
Yes. A preliminary layout can be prepared after receiving the land dimensions, target capacity, product sizes and utility conditions.
