AAC Tilting Hoist

The AAC tilting hoist is a key lifting and overturning device used in AAC block and panel production lines. It lifts the mould and green cake during the demoulding process and rotates them to the required position for cutting and transfer.

Stable movement and accurate positioning help the green cake separate smoothly from the mould without deformation or damage.

Working Process

1. The mould containing the pre-cured green cake arrives at the demoulding area.
2. The tilting hoist lifts the mould and green cake.
3. The equipment rotates the assembly to the required position.
4. The side plate supports the green cake during mould separation.
5. The green cake is transferred to the AAC cutting machine.

Equipment Configuration

The AAC tilting hoist normally includes a steel lifting frame, travelling mechanism, lifting mechanism, turning mechanism, positioning system and electrical control system.

The equipment can work together with the mould, side plate, cutting machine and transfer system as part of a complete AAC Production Line.
