2. Main Process Flow
1. Raw Material Preparation: Fly ash or sand, cement, lime, gypsum, aluminum powder and water are prepared and measured according to the production formula.
2. Batching & Casting: The slurry is mixed and poured into moulds to form the green cake before pre-curing.
3. Demoulding & Cutting: The green cake is transferred, demoulded and cut into accurate block or panel dimensions.
4. Autoclaving & Curing: Cut products are cured in autoclaves to obtain stable strength and physical performance.
5. Finished Product Handling: Finished blocks and panels are grouped, transferred, packed and prepared for storage or shipment.

4. Equipment Feature: Demoulding & Handling
