Autoclave curing vehicles are key transportation equipment in the production process of aerated concrete products, mainly used to transport aerated concrete blanks to autoclaves for high-temperature and high-pressure curing. Its frame is made of section steel structure, featuring high rigidity. The wheel assembly has undergone a special heat treatment process to ensure reliable operation even in the high-temperature and high-pressure environment of the autoclave. The equipment needs to have its bearings regularly cleaned and high-temperature resistant lubricating grease replaced to maintain performance, and achieve efficient connection with the traction device through an automatic hooking system.
