Aerated concrete panel production line

The aerated concrete panel production line is an automated industrial equipment used for manufacturing lightweight, porous and high-strength new building materials. ALC products feature light weight, heat insulation, heat preservation, fire resistance, sound insulation and environmental friendliness, and are widely used in building walls, floor slabs, roof slabs and other fields. The following is an introduction to the main components and production process of the ALC production line
Raw material processing system

Main raw materials: silica sand (or fly ash), cement, lime, gypsum, aluminum powder (foaming agent) and water.

Equipment: Ball mill (for grinding silica sand), silo, weighing scale (for precise proportioning), mixer (for mixing raw materials).

Pouring and mixing system

The mixed slurry is injected into the mold, and aluminium powder is added to trigger a gas generation reaction, forming a porous structure.

Key equipment: Pouring mixer, molds (usually large steel molds).

Pre-curing system (static stop curing

After pouring, the green body is left to stand in a constant temperature environment (about 40-50℃) for 1-3 hours to complete the initial hardening.

Equipment: Pre-curing kiln or static stop chamber.

Cutting system

Use a wire cutter to precisely cut the hardened green body to form plates or blocks.

Cutting method: Six-sided cutting, customizable in different sizes (such as common thicknesses of 50-300mm).

Equipment: Flipping cutting machine, longitudinal cutting machine, transverse cutting machine.

Autoclave curing system

The cut blanks are then sent to the autoclave and cured under high temperature and high pressure (180-200℃, 1.0-1.2MPa) for 8-12 hours to achieve the final strength of the material.

Equipment: Autoclave (core equipment, which must comply with pressure vessel standards).

Finished product processing system

After being taken out of the pot, the plates are sorted, edge-wrapped, ground and packaged before being stored in the warehouse.

Optional equipment: Automatic strapping machine, palletizing robot.
