The ground flipping cutting machine is driven by hydraulic power to flip the green body and complete six-sided cutting. It features a compact structure, simple operation, and recyclable waste materials. The cutting accuracy complies with national standards. The aerial flipping cutting machine adopts a step-by-step cutting process. The vertical cutting of the blank can shorten the length of the steel wire and complete the milling of the slot simultaneously. It is suitable for the production of plates and blocks. The tensioning methods for cutting steel wires are divided into two types: leaf springs and cylinders. The latter achieves synchronous cutting by adjusting the air source pressure, and its stability and maintenance convenience are superior to the former. The production process covers batching, casting, pre-curing, cutting and steam curing procedures. The cut green body is formed into a porous and lightweight finished product through high-temperature autoclaving.
